Amazon.com Product Description This handsome chronograph watch from Tag Heuer's Link series offers elapsed and total time chronograph functions with split-seconds and close consecutive times register. Three subdials, with 1/10 of a second, small seconds, and 12 hour registers, adorn the sleek black dial. The dial also features hand-applied faceted steel indexes, a date display, and luminous hands and hour markers for optimal readability. Surrounding the dial is a unidirectional rotating steel bezel with an engraved dive-time scale and a fluted edge. The dial is set in a 41 mm case cut from a single block of solid steel. It presents on a distinctive Y-link bracelet that fastens with a double locking fold over clasp with safety. Additional notable features include precise Swiss quartz movement, a screw-in crown, and a curved scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Water resistant to 200 meters, this watch is suitable for diving.

Elegant and Sporty in One January 15, 2009 NYCer (New York, NY United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is an excellent watch. It's sporty yet sophisticated in one. The band is brushed steel with no polish -- that makes it more scratch resistant but not as shiny as some other steel bands. However, the beautiful link design more than makes up for the lack of shine. The best part is the actual watch face. The sapphire crystal reflects the innerworkings of the black dial and the chronograph in a very intricate way, inviting curious admires to gaze in to its organized complexity. The chronograph is operated in a standard way without too much difficulty.
The double-safety clasp may take some time to get used to. Read up on this if you can't figure it out, because you don't want to scratch it before you've even worn it!
THe best in Watches is TAG January 1, 2009 DC Maxx (Middle Atlantic,East Coast) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Got this watch a s a replacement for a Seiko Chronometer whose water resistant gasket gave out. It was ~1400 or so 4 years ago. Since then I have only had to have it serviced once (battery replacement) . Make sure you go to an Authorized TAG dealer for any service. Crystal stands up to everything-Yachting 50 miles off the East Coast. To lounging in the Jacuzzi by the deck and everything in between. I only have 2 watches now. This and a Movado Gold.
Product Excellent, UPS blows April 29, 2009 S. Dorward (The City By The Bay) The good: Product as described, packaged well. The bad: Ordered with UPS 2-day delivery. On scheduled delivery day, received automated telephone call advising me of delivery between 8 AM and 7 PM. Waited all day, no delivery (a Friday) called UPS. They say: Opps, wasn't unpacked from cargo container. It will be delivered on Monday. UPS, you are it with an sh.
Bargain, but beware May 28, 2009 M. Ingle (Minneapolis, MN) I picked this up from Amazon after buying at Macy's for full price and returning it. You can't beat saving $1,000. I brought the amazon watch directly from the UPS pick up counter to Jared's jewelers (an authorized Tag dealer) and they verified it is authentic. HOWEVER, note that the Tag international warranty is void, as Amazon is not an authorized retailer. The watch does include Amazon's two year warranty, which covers the internal compenents of the watch. I saw the same watch at Jared's selling for $2300 (less 15%). They were stunned by the deal i got and were reeling to understand how i trusted Amazon. Sounds like common belief is that these watches are picked up from bankrupt jewlers and out-dated inventory liquidations. Who cares for half price!
Great Watch... April 22, 2010 jstar (Dallas, TX) I've been wanting a NICE watch for years and finally decided to purchase one via Amazon, at a deeply discounted price. I was a little skeptical at first, however, once I received the watch all my worries went away. Jomashop is great to work with, I even called them with a few questions and they were more than happy to answer my questions and ease my nerves about purchasing a watch at this price, via the internet.
I would definitely order again.
Thx.
