TERRIBLE customer service!!! September 3, 2010

I called Invicta prior to ordering this watch to assure that I could get a few extra links, as the watch was a link or two too small for my dad's wrist. The guy at Invicta customer service assured me that I could get extra links no problem so I placed an order for 3 of them (at a ridiculous $22 each plus $20 shipping, for a total of $82). It is now three weeks later, and I have not seen the links yet, so I called Invicta's (terrible) customer service again. This time after holding for nearly 25 minutes, I finally get a guy on the line - he tells me they should be here in 90 days. WTF! Are you kidding me?
To make a long story short, do as most other Invicta reviewers do and get a watch from elsewhere. These Invicta guys are a pain in the a*s.
